Service & Use Agreement

All fees for services rendered are stipulated in the CSA. Invoices are typically issued monthly and are due within the terms specified. Failure to remit payment may result in a temporary pause of service until the balance is settled.

The client grants PixelWave Media a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use their trademarks, logos, and creative assets solely for the purpose of executing the contracted marketing services.
